Gaunt, frail and with ubiquitously swollen skulls, the Psi Operatives are treated with mistrust even by their own side. These shadowy figures operate adjacent to normal rank structure, attached to units for special operations, providing intelligence and subtly disrupting enemy communications in ways that few outside of the upper echelons of command understand.
